COVID 19 Update - Shipments

Due to severe delays with international couriers all our products will be available to buy on a Pre-Order basis ONLY, and once we have the all clear from couriers/overseas border regulations we will send packages out as normal. Time frames for these send outs will differ from country to country - feel free to email or DM us for specific country information.

This means you will be able to secure your TASNEEM Cosmetics order and once we can send it in a timely and safe fashion we will arrange shipment of your package.

Worldwide Shipping

We provide shipping to over 200 countries.
We offer FREE STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on all orders over $40 USD (*Excluding Canada, India and South Africa, with free shipping applied to orders over $60 USD)
All other shipping options are calculated based on your delivery country during the checkout process after you fill in your shipping information. You will be provided with multiple options during checkout and you may choose the one best suited for you.

When will you ship my order?
Orders placed with the majority of couriers from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be packed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed with the following couriers are dispatched on Tuesday and Friday only.

How long will the delivery take? - NOTE IMPACTED DUE TO COVID-19
Delivery timings depend on your country and region (usually between 4-10 business days). Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an email notification with full tracking details to the address you used to place the order and the expected delivery date.

Do you cover international tax and duties?
All our products are shipped from Hong Kong DDU, duties and taxes unpaid. International orders may be subject to import duty and taxes which are the sole responsibility of the buyer. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
